The FIVE SIMPLE CONDITIONS for YOU to FOLLOW

Your are working hard to provide your users a broad coverage of the public transport timetable. We can help you with that.

Please feel free to use the GTFS files, which are exposed directly on the PRZYJAZDY.PL website, as long as you follow this simple five step guideline:

Important: You can find the data in other sources. Some data is just open data, which can be found at the relevant agency's webiste. Just check the agency.txt file and contact them directly. The files marked can be found in Mikołaj Kuranowski's website here.

STEP ONE: BE LEGAL

Put in your app or webiste legible, clear, concise and precise information about:
A. the technical source of data (PRZYJAZDY.PL in capitals),
B. source (c) information found in the agency.txt and the feed_info.txt,
C. the last GTFS download date.

STEP TWO: BE UP TO DATE

You will update the data:
A. redownload the GTFS typically every 24h,
B. keep in mind that it may take up to 48h between timetable change and the new GTFS being uploaded,
C. check (manually) the GTFS.PL webpage itself, especially when a 404 or similar error occurs. We might to move our services to another domain, the links can change. We periodically add new services and remove others.
D. don't stick to any data you downloaded before. Always recreate everything, including station info, on every download.

STEP THREE: KEEP US UPDATED

You will keep us updated:
A. where the data is being used (a direct link to a website or an app name/screen will be fine),
B. you forward to us and/or to the data producer (agency.txt and feed_info.txt) with all the critical feedback, especially when an important error in data is found.

STEP FOUR: ZERO MONEY

We don't get paid for the data.
We don't pay for the data.
We don't want any money for you.
You cannot charge anyone for the data itself.

STEP FIVE: ZERO LIABILITY

We are just a data warehouse, we do not produce this data, we are not a transport company and we cannot be held liable in any manner, whether the timetable is correct or not.
Data usage is on sole discretion of the user.
You may not make any guarantees whatsoever to the final user about the correctness of the timetable.
You must keep us free from any liability whatsoever.

IT'S JUST THAT

If you don't agree to any of these conditions, you cannot use the data.
